James started cooking in a professional kitchen when he was just 13 years old. He earned his B.A. in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu of Culinary Arts, and he is American Culinary Federation Certified. James also holds a B.A. in Health & Wellness from Arizona State University, and he enjoys finding creative ways to prepare healthy dishes.
James brings over 19 years of leadership experience in food and beverage operations. Most recently, he served as Executive Chef/Director of F&B for a Marriott property in Dallas with 40,000 sq ft of event space, and a luxury boutique hotel in Austin simultaneously.
