The wait is over! Territory Days is back for its 47th year. This Memorial Day weekend, come and experience the award-winning historical festival that combines live demonstrations and music and food and craft vendors all for free on the streets of Colorado Springs.
Going on 50 years, Territory Days remains Colorado's largest street fair. At its heart, the festival pays tribute to the rich history that once paved the streets of Old Colorado City– Colorado Springs’ historic district on Colorado Avenue between 23rd and 27th Streets. Educational displays and patriotic tributes help keep the pulse of the weekend while hundreds of unique vendors sell handcrafts from around the world and mouthwatering festival favorites sizzle on the grill and in the friers. Three stages will host live music from 25 bands, and it’s all for free! Bring the whole family!
There are activities for everyone, including gold panning, rides on a mechanical bull, a kids play area, a petting zoo, pony rides, a Cowboy Church Service, toy train rides, live blacksmithing, interactions with period-costumed characters, demonstrations with live birds of prey, native American dancers, beer gardens with live music, and more.
